411 Publishing, PGA and Entertainment Partners kick of the second series of incentive webinars

As enthusiasm builds for the upcoming Toronto International Film Festival, 411 Publishing, along with partners the Producers Guild of America (PGA) and Entertainment Partners (EP), and webinar sponsor Pinewood Studio, announces a special film production incentive webinar focused on filming in Canada.
The webinar will be streamed live on Thursday, September 16th beginning at 11:30am PST, 2:30pm EST and will last roughly one hour. Registration is free to all participants. The panel will consist of film commissioners representing Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia, as well as producers.
411 Publishing with the PGA and EP completed our first series of six webinars June 22, 2010. Each webinar in the series obtained between 500-600 registrations. The participants consist primarily of producers and production professionals representing independent companies as well as larger studios.
Joe Chianese, Vice President of Business Development and Production Planning, will be co-moderating the panel. Chianese is a twenty-five year veteran of tax incentives and production planning. He developed his skills at companies including Sony Pictures Entertainment, The Walt Disney Company, The American Broadcasting Company, Paramount Pictures, and Ernst & Young. Chianese is also a registered CPA who holds a BBA in Accounting, a Master’s in Tax, and an MBA.
Joining Chianese is David Carter, President of the Canada Film Capital. Canada Film Capital is the largest financial services, tax incentive financing and administration company for the film and television industry in Canada. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo, Carter joined Dunwoody Chartered Accountants in Toronto. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant as well as being licensed by the American Institute in the U.S. as a Certified Public Accountant.
