Bartz Barbecue

We are a barbecue catering company that creates flavorful, traditional Central Texas Style BBQ dishes. We can do catering events from a small gathering up to 700 people. We cater movie sets, wedding, corporate events, birthday parties or any other events catering is required. We can do either food drop off, buffet style, family style or plated food depending on what the event requires. We specialize in Texas style brisket, pulled pork, and pork ribs.
