Fat Eye Studios is a versatile stage, studio and production facility located in a beautifully textured old industrial warehouse complex in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. We're dedicated to nurturing the creative spirit of this town in all things related to Film + Video + Photo + Art + Event Production. If you’re looking for a beautiful textured industrial space with versatile looks, we have it. The multi-space warehouse studio spaces provide tons of incredible looks, both interior and exterior. If you're looking for a slick and refined studio space, we have it. If you're looking for a large open space to build out virtually any kind of set utilizing our huge inventory of various flats and flooring options, we have it.

NORTH ANNEX:
Our studio recently renovated our warehouse hanger space, known as the Annex. The Annex features a cyc wall, 4 adjustable lighting grids**, total blackout ability, exterior spaces, vanity rooms, multiple lounge areas, kitchenette, art department mill/scene shop, ample truck loading, drive-in ability, production supplies and sets. AC and Heating now available! (Yes, we have it all.) It's an amazing 10k sq. ft. raw industrial space with great height, open space with incredible looks inside and out. A great feature to this space is it’s large exterior 4k sq. ft. patio area.
**Our lighting grids are a courtesy for you to use as you wish. Please bring your own motorized lighting/rigging grid if anyone on your team prefers.

BACKYARD/ EXTERIOR:
Beautiful industrial large backyard with a variety of looks, views, and a long stretch of
abandoned train tracks.

ELECTRICAL:
We have 220 amp lunchboxes attached to an independent circuit. We also have extra power supplies for additional power usage if needed from further circuits. The circuit breaker can be easily accessed.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL:
• 3.5 Ton G+E package - ON-SITE
• Additional 3 Ton + 5 Ton + 10 Ton G+E Packages are available and deliverable to the stage.
• 2 – 5 Ton AC & Heat Pump Units
• 250+ feet of various Flats – Blank Flats, Door Flats, Window Flats, Speciality Flats, Arch Flats, Textured Flats, and Shapes, Various 3D Shapes

PARKING:
• 15 parking spots on-site.
• 100+ free street parking spots in front of the complex.
• Temporary + shoot-length parking inside the space for trucks to offload
• Overflow lot available for rental from a film-friendly neighbor, connected by walkway to the studio.
