Agua Dulce is located off of the 14 Freeway. Your production can easily park fifty trucks and cars here. We have four bedrooms and three bathrooms for your use. Make-up departments often commandeer a spare bedroom and sets up shop in one. Inside the master bathroom you will find a walk in cedar sauna. The den, living room and dining room have thirty foot vaulted and beamed ceilings. Some productions have used the beams to hang lights. Our lavish private gated backyard is a perfect location to set up craft services because there is a massive barbecue area, plenty of room to set up tables and chairs as well a grandiose babbling fountain that can be turned on while the cast and crew are eating and turned off during filming if need be. Other amenities include a chef's kitchen with a view of the winery across the street and our neighbors horse ranch. This incredible property also has two wood burning and one electric fireplace. The host is a working professional actor hence he is extremely film and production friendly and will do whatever he can to accommodate your production during your time with us.
