HNYPT Studio

YPT is a multi-functional and independently-owned studio, located in the South Park District of Downtown Los Angeles.  This unique warehouse setting accommodates film, video, and professional photo shoots for motion pictures, print media, portraits and commercial/product photography.  Aside from being a film location and photography studio, we also accommodate as a production office, an off-site facility, rehearsal studio, long and short-term studio rental, and more.


Admired by established and emerging photographers, directors, cinematographers and producers, HNYPT features 6,000 sf., a wide-unobstructed floor plan, vaulted ceilings, three skylights allowing for expansive natural lighting and dramatic composition. A raw warehouse, displaying 56′ long ceiling trusses, +25 high ceilings, exposed brick walls, concrete floors and a 12′ wide roll up doorway for vehicle drive-in.
