Ironwood

Ironwood is a company specializing in point of purchase displays, parade vehicles, interactive exhibitions, signage, public artwork, trade show booths, and museum exhibitions.

Our company is dedicated to giving a more personable experience while providing similar services of a larger company. We make the client’s product easier to use and understand with little or no maintenance. Our team operates on a high standard of quality before the project is sent out to the client. Therefore, our products need little or no reworking. We are always looking for ways to improve the functionality of a design to exceed the client’s expectations.

Ironwood opened their doors in 1997. We built the plant conservatory in collaboration with the Huntington Library’s botanical department where they were awarded the Excellence in Exhibitions Grand Prize by the American Association of Museums. The Huntington also received the Excellence in Exhibitions Grand Prize for “Beautiful Science”, a permanent exhibition for which we provided the interactive and exhibition furniture. We have fabricated exhibits for the Coronado Island Local History Museum, Adamson House in Malibu, Casa Romantica in San Clemente, USS Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum in San Diego, Temecula Historical Society and “The World From Here”, at the Armand Hammer Museum. Most recently we created interactive exhibits for the education department of The Getty Center and created products for the Heineken Experience in Amsterdam.
