Story! I understand story, and have a thorough knowledge of physical film production and VFX, Previs pipeline, stunts and vehicles, good comedic sense too.
I draw well, but my real strength is the ability to help tell the story, and bring characters to life (real or CG) while keeping the myriad production realities and schedule in mind. I’ve worked with many veteran directors and many first timers, in both TV and film.
I also play well with others, including the various department heads in feature film and TV pre-production,  on many complicated and challenging shows. Making animatics with editors. Complex camera work. Location cheats. Virtual production. Animals, fire & water. All the difficult stuff!
Also lots of shooting boards on TV spots for commercial production companies in LA, and a few game cinematics.
