OLE provides California studio teachers / welfare workers. OLE's services fully encompass the needs and compliance of production companies and families.
-Advising production on child labor laws and union regulations as needed
-Facilitating documentation of hours worked/tutored to production, families, and the schools
-Selecting and contracting the appropriate studio teacher(s) based upon students' academic needs and production preferences
-Setting up education for the minors by calling parents and schools and coordinating assignments, testing, etc.
-Running background checks on studio teachers
