The idea behind our food truck was to bring fun back to the streets of Los Angeles by way of food. We had no idea that our business would grow from a food truck into a catering company that caters all sorts of events - from birthday parties and company picnics, to corporate catering and weddings



We have catered so many events since The Carnival Food Truck's beginning in May 2015, and are more passionate than ever about our true goal.. to be the most sought after catering service in the Los Angeles area, by offering unique, flexible menus, and an overall unforgettable experience to those who need our services.



While we specialize in creative, custom catering menus, we find that most of our clients go for items listed in our sample menus below.

Our food truck and commercial kitchen facilities makes it possible to cater to most of Los Angeles, Ventura County & surrounding cities. As an added precaution, our delivery drivers have warmers installed in their vehicles.
